Pumpkin Patches

October 4, 2010

It doesn’t truly feel like Fall until we hit the pumpkin patch. Our pumpkin patches are all located directly across from the ocean. They are a stunning site to see. We spend a lot of time finding one perfect pumpkin for carving, running through corn fields and mazes, and playing on old, rusty tractors. Pumpkin patch day is one tradition we never skip. We look forward to the day, spending time with each other, seeing the colors of the landscape and hearing the ocean off in the near distance. I’m grateful to live in an area where such beauty abounds. I’m grateful we are able to slow down and enjoy it during such a hectic time in life.
